Welcome

The horse is an athlete
In competition horses, physiotherapy focuses on the treatment of muscular areas with greater demands according to the discipline, allowing greater performance by reducing training pain and contractures. As they are non-invasive and drug-free methods they can be applied in animals that compete at a high level even during competition.
Horses with various musculoskeletal pathologies can also be treated with physical therapy. Back problems are an example, progressive exercises along with physical therapy sessions can complement medical treatment. In the case of neurological problems such as paralysis due to peripheral nerve injury or disuse atrophy, electrotherapy is an ideal complement to treatment.
More than ten years of experience in equine physiotherapy allows more specialized and individualized treatments, since knowing the multiple techniques and the constant updating of these allows more complete treatments.
